RESEARCH AND SIMULATION ANALYSIS OF PEANUT COMBINED HARVESTER EXCAVATING DEVICE

For the peanut combine harvester excavation process resistance, poor soil crushing effect and reliability of problem, shovel optimization needs improvement. Firstly, a mechanical model resistance was established to investigate key factors affecting degree shovel. Next, design main parameters done determine range values EDEM software used simulate analyse explore influence law on resistance. Improvements were made shovel, discrete element simulation tests demonstrate that optimized device had better reduction than original device. By designing three-factor, three-level orthogonal test, best for obtained: surface inclination is 20°, depth 131mm, width 277mm. Field trials conducted under optimal combination test improved digging Compared with operating effectiveness machine, result some extent. It proves excavating reasonable can improve operation harvester.
